Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all orders from The Netherlands to destinations throughout the European Union.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
- Most other EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations or certain countries: Up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with a Track & Trace service. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
