Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request through our online returns portal:
Your withdrawal request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period.
After notifying us through the returns portal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without first being registered through our returns portal will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item), customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
After you register your return through our returns portal, you will receive instructions on how to return your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at layrstudio.mail@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products (these are exempt from the statutory EU right of withdrawal).
- Perishable goods.
- Personal care products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund if the return meets the conditions above.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that they have been shipped, whichever comes first.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
